Meet Dr. Smith!
Dr. Smith joined Ankle & Foot Clinic of Everett in 2011. He specializes in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery and is highly qualified to treat all foot and ankle disorders.
He is dedicated to educating his patients about their foot and ankle conditions, not only to improve their current status, but to maintain long-term foot and ankle health. Dr. Smith is proficient in treating patients using conservative and surgical means for a wide variety of conditions.
Dr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University in his home town of Ogden, Utah. He then graduated from the College of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery at Des Moines University in 2008, followed by 3 years of surgical training in trauma, primary reconstruction, revision surgery, and complex deformity correction at the Franciscan Foot & Ankle Institute in the South Puget Sound. Current Chief of Podiatric Surgery Section; Department of Orthopedics at Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett.
In addition to treating his patients, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his growing family, Oscar the family dachshund, woodworking, and advanced grilling in the backyard.

Dr. Smith's philosophy is to accurately diagnose a condition and provide a spectrum of treatment options using a mainstream (evidence based) approach. Patient education and conveying the "big picture" is key to developing a practical and individualized treatment plan.
